This place suits me perfectly! With 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and a flat-screen TV, it has everything I need. The staff once provided the best local taxi tip, which I still remember. I highly recommend this hotel for a city break!

Decent size room with a powerful shower, making it a good spot to freshen up after a day out. Proximity to a nearby restaurant for breakfast means you can fuel up quickly before hitting the town.
The noise level from the cobblestoned street can be a real issue. I ended up wrestling with heat in the room due to closed windows. The inconsistent shower temperature was a bit of a hazard too—one minute it’s scorching, and the next it’s back to lukewarm. parking is a wallet-destroyer at £8 per hour, which put a damper on the adventure. For the price, I expected a little less hassle and a lot more comfort.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and the added bonus of early check-in made our stay delightful, as we enjoyed the convenience of free Wi-Fi and a mini fridge to keep our drinks cool.
No complaints from me.

The friendly staff really stood out during my check-in and the delicious breakfast at Rabble was a fantastic start to each day. The noise from the street was a bit disruptive at night, though.

We enjoyed a family stay at this hotel, which gave us easy access to all of Edinburgh’s top attractions, like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The room was spacious and comfortable for my son's family and us, and the location was perfect. Nearby dining options were plentiful.
In my wife’s opinion, the room could’ve used more family-friendly amenities. A mini-fridge would’ve been great for snacks and drinks, especially with kids around.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and had everything I needed, but the lack of air conditioning made it quite warm during my stay. Breakfast options at the nearby restaurant were limited, which could be improved for a better experience.

I loved lounging in the comfy beds and appreciated the thoughtful touch of having tea and coffee ready in the room. The hotel offers a lovely sitting area and a cozy lounge to unwind after exploring the town. Just a heads up, the shower temp fluctuated a bit, but it didn’t ruin my awesome stay! 😊

The stay included a comfy bed in a spacious, clean room, perfect for a restful night in a quiet area, despite restaurants nearby. The provided coffee and tea made mornings pleasant. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the cheese rolls stood out as a delightful touch. However, walking to the dining venue across the street wasn’t very convenient, and the carpet in the room wasn't to my liking. Also, the check-in process felt a bit rushed, which detracted from the overall experience.
